Welcome to Nature's Estates, a fifty-five-plus community. Nestled to the east of our Homeowner’s Association, is a generous portion of woodland preserves that provide us with privacy and the feeling of escape from the hustle and bustle of our community. On occasion, residents might see a deer that appears for a short visit.
Conveniently located in Southwest Grand Rapids Minnesota, our homeowners in our association benefit from the proximity to shopping, dining, hospital, and clinics. We are self-managed, governed by a board of our own residents who understand the value of maintaining and preserving our successful real estate investment.
Our Mission Statement
To preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas, managing the oversite of major repair or replacement projects, and the upholding of our Declarations, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. Nature’s Estates subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family. We will provide ethical and fiscally responsible solutions to promote a sense of community, to enhance our property values, and to help continue the sustainability of our community for the future residents who will reside here.
